About Havanese Hills
Havanese Hills is tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains near the Shenandoah National Park. We fell in love with the cheerful, playful Havanese breed and decided our mountain hideaway would be the perfect place to immerse ourselves in everything Havi. Our main priority is ensuring the health and well-being of all our animals from birth until they leave with their forever family - and beyond.
Our Mission

I am a retired schoolteacher settled near the Shenandoah National Park. I am blessed to have the devotion, time, and family support to raise this delightful breed. This is a family adventure - our puppies are raised in the living room.
Havanese Hills' mission is to breed lifelong companions that are top candidates for family pets and therapy partners. The Havanese breed has a proven temperament, predictable height, weight and coat texture. They are considered hypoallergenic and shed little (T-shirt test are available). Our puppies come from championship winning bloodlines. Each puppy comes with copies of their parents’ pedigrees for 3 or 4 generations.
Pickups are a time to celebrate! We work with you to create a memorable pickup for your new family member. We want to get to know you too. Email us with specific needs.
Puppy Pickup Experiences
Adopting a puppy is a big deal and we want to make it a pleasant experience. In addition to the standard pick up, we offer airport pickups, and we can arrange delivery as well. We are located near the Shenandoah National Park and close to many lovely BNB's. Two great nearby locations are featured below.
